Lionsgate plans to bring the romantic comedy 'My Best Friend's Girl' to Blu-ray this January with exclusive content and Digital Copy.
Starring Dane Cook and Kate Hudson, 'My Best Friend's Girl' grossed just under $20 million at the domestic box office during its theatrical run this Fall. Lionsgate will debut the film on Blu-ray January 13, day-and-date with the DVD version.
Extras shared between the Blu-ray and DVD include a filmmaker commentary, multiple making-of featurettes, deleted & extended scenes and a gag reel.
Exclusive to the Blu-ray is a Digital Copy of the film, and the BD-Live-enabled interactive "The Tanking Game," which allows viewers to add their own content to a seven-minute scene from the film in order to "tank" the date between the on-screen characters.
Tech specs will see a BD-50 dual-layer presentation with 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and a DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround track.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.98.
