Vudu has made its debut on Netcast enabled LG Televisions and given a free rental to LG users.
Vudu, once available only through the company’s own set top boxes, is now officially available for use through Netcast enabled LG televisions. Those with LG Netcast televisions need only install a firmware update, restart their sets, and Vudu should be available for use.
In order to get viewers excited about using the service, Vudu is offering a free HD or HDX video rental to customers connecting through their LG televisions.
