The streaming service's new feature acts like a virtual assistant capable of tracking, sorting, and saving the shows that you like to watch.
Hulu has announced the addition of the "Watchlist" feature. The new option lets users organize and track their movies and TV shows while automatically sorting and adding content based on preferences and viewing habits.
Hulu Watchlist combines the benefits of the Queue, Favorites, and Shows You Watch features into one simple and convenient option. The Watchlist allows viewers to save content that they would like to watch later and then remembers where you last left off on videos you've already started. When shows are saved to the list, new episodes will automatically be added as well. Likewise, the feature sorts, personalizes, and prioritizes media based on your typical viewing patterns, learning over time which content you're most interested in seeing.
Watchlist is now available on Hulu.com, iOS and Android phones and tablets, Apple TV, Roku players and Roku TV models, PS3, Amazon Fire TV & the latest Samsung TVs and Blu-ray players. Support for even more devices will be added in the coming months. A Hulu Plus subscription currently costs $7.99 per month.
