The struggling chain is refunding preorders of the title, citing unsatisfactory credit terms.
As GameStop is to the United States, GAME is to the U.K. They're the chain that specializes in videogames, deals in used games and pushes preorders. There's one big difference though - GameStop is thriving and GAME may be on its way out.
There's been quite a bit of talk about the company's financial troubles, but it turns out things may be worse than anyone suspected. The folks at GAME have decided not to stock 'Mass Effect 3' based on credit terms that were deemed unsatisfactory. In fact, the company won't be stocking any EA game that's coming out in March.
EA has released information to customers who preordered 'Mass Effect 3' through game, instructing them to reorder the game through stores that will be carrying it.
This isn't the first title GAME has missed. During Vita launch week, Ubisoft games were all absent. A few other titles have been missed too, and apparently 'Mario Party 9' is on the list of future titles that won't be carried.
