Damn this erratic weather! A break in the bitter cold allowed us a record-breaking 75-degree Halloween. Today? I can see my breath rather clearly when I go outside. Mother Nature tried to trick me, but I'm not buying it. At least I have The Bonus View to keep me warm.
Monster Madness
The battle to find out which movie monster will rule as king of the monsters continues even though Halloween has passed us by. This is bigger than Halloween! This week we had a couple fierce battles between a handful of worthy monsters. Take a look, cast your vote, and see if your favorite advances.

Blu-ray News
This was a pretty huge week for Blu-ray releases. We had the release of the 'Alfred Hitchcock: Masterpiece Collection.' If you haven't been following our coverage on High-Def Digest about this extensive set then you really should. Also, it's that time of year again. Barnes & Nobel takes aim at your wallets by offering it's legendary Criterion Sale. Get on it while the getting is good.
Theatrical News
Wondering if 'Wreck-it-Ralph' is worth the price of admission? Check out Luke's review to find out what he thought about Disney Animation's new movie about a video game villain trying to change his ways. Luke also reviewed the big Robert Zemeckis movie starring Denzel Washington called 'Flight.'
Resident gaming expert, Brian Hoss, reveals what he thought about 'Wreck-it-Ralph' from the view of an avid gamer, in case you needed a difference of opinion about the movie.

The biggest news of the week was the announcement that Disney had purchased LucasFilms from George Lucas for $4 billion. On top of that Disney plans to start producing a new 'Star Wars' trilogy starting in 2015! News since this broke is that Lucas plans to donate the money to charity.
