Making an early announcement to retailers, Fox has set an early-February Blu-ray release date for the Oscar-nominated comedy 'Little Miss Sunshine.'
Grossing over $75 million at the domestic box office and earning a half-dozen Oscar noms (including Best Picture), 'Little Miss Sunshine' will make its Blu-ray debut on February 3. (Fox previously released a special edition DVD in 2007).
Supplements will see audio commentary by directors Jonathon Dayton and Valerie Faris, four featurettes ("On the Road with the Hoovers: The Making of Little Miss Sunshine," "We're Gonna Make It... A session with Mychael Danna and DeVotchka," "Who Are The Hoovers?", "No One Gets Left Behind: The Music of Little Miss Sunshine"), deleted scenes & alternate ending, poster gallery, and music video: "'Til the End of Time" performed by DeVotchka.
Tech specs will feature a BD-50 dual-layer presentation with 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video, English DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround, and optional French and Spanish Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround dubs and subtitles.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $34.95.
