Sony Pictures has announced an early-June Blu-ray release for the game-to-film adaptation 'Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete.'
The all-CGI animated film, which picks up where the Final Fantasy PlayStation game left off, will receive its Blu-ray premiere on June 2.
Tech specs will see a BD-50 dual-layer disc with 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround tracks in Japanese, English and French.
Extras include the "Legacy of Final Fantasy VII" featurette, and a pair of story digests, the "On the Way to a Smile - Episode: Denzel" short film, and an exclusive sneak peek at 'Final Fantasy XIII.'
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $38.96.
