Kenneth Branagh's mustache must solve a Death on the Nile in Agatha Christie's beloved murder mystery bound for a Digital release on March 29 with Blu-ray and 4K on April 5.
Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot’s (Kenneth Branagh) spectacular Egyptian vacation aboard a riverboat becomes a terrifying search for a murderer after a picture-perfect couple’s honeymoon is cut tragically short. Based on Agatha Christie’s novel, this tale of passion and jealousy is filled with wicked twists and turns until its shocking finale.
Death on the Nile - 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray
Death on the Nile will also be available on Blu-ray and both editions will present the film in 2.39:1 aspect ratio and will include several featurettes and deleted scenes. However, only the 4K UHD includes a Dolby Atmos soundtrack trading in for a DTS-HD MA 7.1 track for Blu-ray.
Zavvi currently is taking pre-orders for a SteelBook we assume (or hope at least) comes to the states, but so far, neither Best Buy, Amazon, or any other retailer has punched those up on their release slate. We'll keep you posted if that changes.
