'Jamesy Boy' Announced for Blu-ray

The crime drama based on true events is planned for Blu-ray in three weeks. Pre-orders are now available.

In an early announcement to retailers, Xlrator is preparing 'Jamesy Boy' on Blu-ray on February 25.

'Jamesy Boy' is based on the true story of teenager James Burns (Spencer Lofranco) who goes from a suburban street gang to a maximum-security prison cell surrounded by hardened criminals. He turns his life around in prison thanks to the unexpected friendship he forms with a convicted murderer (Ving Rhames) who becomes his mentor.

Specs and supplements haven't been revealed yet, but the suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $16.99.
