The fourth film in the popular franchise dances to Blu-ray 3D this winter.
In an early announcement to retailers, Summit Entertainment/Lionsgate is preparing 'Step Up: Revolution - 3D' for Blu-ray 3D on November 27.
Featuring the hottest hip-hop soundtrack and jaw-dropping dance moves, 'Step Up: Revolution' stars up-and-coming performers, dancer Kathryn McCormick (TV's "So You Think You Can Dance") and MMA fighter and model Ryan Guzman making his feature film debut.
Touching upon themes of love, injustice and hope, the film, set in Miami, follows two dancers leading a crew in cutting-edge dance performances that ultimately rally the locals to protest against planned commercial development that would wipe out their homes and businesses.
The Blu-ray 3D/DVD/Digital Copy combo pack will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include: Audio commentary with director Scott Speer, choreographer Jamal Sims and cast members Kathryn McCormick and Ryan Guzman; "Becoming A Star" featurette; "Choreography" featurette; "Dancing On Their Own" featurette; "Making The Mob" featurette; "Goin' In" - J Lo featuring Flo Rida & Lil Jon and "Hands In The Air" - Timbaland featuring Ne-Yo music videos; Flash Mob Index - check out all of The Mob's dance sequences; and Deleted Scenes.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $39.99.
