Michael Bay's 'The Island' Announced for Blu-ray

Michael Bay's 2005 sci-fi thriller will be hitting Blu-ray in June.
In an early announcement to retailers, Paramount has revealed 'The Island' for a Blu-ray release on June 21.
The film stars Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson as beings created solely for replacement body parts who escape their Utopian way of living after discovering the true nature of their purpose.
Specs, supplements, and suggested list price for the Blu-ray are still undetermined at this time.
