If you know someone who picked up the game, you can get access now thanks to the included Guest Pass.
The day is finally upon us and 'Diablo III' is now available in stores and playable on the PCs of those that already pre-downloaded and pre-installed.
If you're one of those folks that wants to check out the game before you buy it, you'll have the opportunity to do so in about a month, when the Starter Edition version of 'Diablo III' becomes available to everyone. Currently you can only get access to the Starter Edition using a Guest Pass, included in retail copies of the game.
The Starter Edition will allow you to reach a maximum level of 13 and play up to the Skeleton King in the game's first act.
