'Cocoon: 25th Anniversary Edition' Blu-ray Detailed

Ron Howard's sci-fi classic coming to high-definition this April has been detailed.

As previously reported, 20th Century Fox is working on 'Cocoon: 25th Anniversary Edition' starring Don Ameche, Wilford Brimley, Jessica Tandy, Steve Guttenberg, and Brian Dennehy for a high-definition release on April 6.

The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include: Audio Commentary by Director Ron Howard, Behind the Scenes Featurette, Ron Howard Profile, Underwater Training, Actors, Creating Antareans, Trailers and TV Spots.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $24.99.
